Top Ten Tuesday: Quotes I Loved From Books I Read In The Past Year Or So

Hello everyone! So today I thought I'd participate in the Top Ten Tuesday meme hosted by The Broke and Bookish. This week's topic is top ten quotes I loved from books I read in the past year. I basically had a Goodreads quote party where I went through some of my favorite books I read this year and picked a bunch of quote. So here they are:

“Sometimes love isn’t forever. Sometimes it’s just moments in your life that teach you. If it’s the forever after kind of love, it’ll find you again. If it isn’t, don’t let a broken heart break you. Let it make you love harder. Love is a mistake worth making.”
 R.K. RyalsHawthorne & Heathcliff

“Books can be dangerous. You never know when they’re going to blow up, and what they’ll take out when they do. Why do you think dictators are so fond of burning them? One idea can lead to another, and then before you know it, people are going crazy having thoughts and opinions and stuff.”
― Amanda WeaverThis Book Will Change Your Life

“To be written into story. That was how even the lost lived on.”
― Martha BrockenbroughThe Game of Love and Death

“It’s not a confession if no one reads it. It’s just an unshared secret.”
 Colleen HooverConfess

“I've always been very confident in my immaturity.”
― Brandon SandersonThe Final Empire

“A man was defined not by his flaws, but by how he overcame them.”
― Brandon SandersonThe Well of Ascension

“I would know if a part of my heart was gone.”
― Jennifer L. ArmentroutStone Cold Touch

“You will always be a monster - there is no turning back from it. But what kind of monster you become is entirely up to you.”
― Julie KagawaThe Eternity Cure

“Moments come and go; quick flickers in time. Yet those moments can have the profoundest impact on our lives. Either we seize them, and wield them to our needs, or we let them go. It’s the moments we let go that, I believe, remain with us strongest—because regret is something that never leaves us.”
― B.N. TolerWhere One Goes

“There’s something to be said for the art of running away.”
