Hey guys! Welcome to the first Wattpad Wednesday of the month! Super excited to share this really cute Wattpad book with y'all that I actually finished a month ago, but never got around to writing a review for it. Anyway, without further ado let's go!

The beginning was both adorably cute and heartbreaking at the same time. Will proposes to Sophie who totally wasn't expecting it, but agrees. Just with the first chapter, you get this really in depth view of Sophie's internal struggle. She loves Will, but feels like they're drifting apart and she's not quite ready for marriage. But she agrees, mostly cause Will gives her a little push. Then they get into an accident where he dies and it's like guilt wave comes crashing down. 

For visual reference. XD Anyway, she moves away to London in hopes of finding a new beginning. On her first day, she bumps into a very irritated neighbor who then turns out to be a fellow coworker who doesn't seem to like her. But we girls now better. It's all an act because he's horribly attracted to her and wants to hide it. Of course. As Sophie gets accustomed to work, there's also the annoying girl who tries at every opportunity to beat her down. She's either super jealous of Sophie and Greg, or it could be something else. *hint hint* 

As Sophie and Greg's relationship grows, you see a total different side to Greg that just makes you want to melt into a puddle of feels. He's like omgawds, so sweet and caring, it just makes you freak out and jump around in circles. It's just so cute and sweet. Of course, being a DJ at at radio station just ups his points. When he's in control, he does all these things like ask his audience for song requests for the beautiful lady next to him, it's just adorable.

So other than the enormous amount of feels, this is a super easy read so it's great for relaxing with a nice cup of tea/coffee/beverage of choice and just chill. It's also got some hidden humor that I thought was hilarious which is another plus! Sneak Peak: Christmas Story 2013

Hey guys! This is a new type of post and probably not going to appear quite that often since we don't usually advertise on here. BUT it is Christmas and we thought, why don't we write Christmas stories on Wattpad? 

In case you guys didn't know, Wattpad is an online writing community for authors all around the world. If you're interested, just click here. It's a pretty amazing site with really cool people. Anyway, Claudz and I have been writing on Wattpad for, I would say a year and a half now and it's been pretty awesome.

So about the advertising, we don't usually advertise our stories on here, but we thought we'd give you guys a little sneaky peak view on what we're planning since it's hard to do that on Wattpad. (You can't publish like the Summary and Cover without an actual published post which we don't want to do till Christmas. With that said, here's my sneaky peak on my Christmas Story of 2013: Only You.

Summary:

Sabelle is an angel who has been guiding travelers from her post as the North Star for over a millenium. For decades she has waited for the call of a new mission, to go out and see the world again. She never expected her call to come from a mortal man living in the bustling city of New York.

Ryker spends his life making sure everything’s in order. One night at a holiday party, he finds himself out on the balcony staring into the sky. It might have been his luck when he saw a star shoot across the sky, but he never expected his wish to come true. In the form of an angel no less.

After a couple of unwanted and thank god, unnoticed collisions with towering tour buses, she made her way to the restaurant. There was a man dressed simply in a light blue button down and jeans staring at the sky. Quietly, she landed behind him and lifted her glamour. “Excuse me?”

The man jumped, when he saw her his eyes widened. “You….what are you?”

Sabelle stared at him in confusion, pretty sure that she had shrunk her wings before revealing herself. “Um, a person?”

He shook his head, “You have wings!”

Shoooooooot. “Shhhh, don’t say it out loud! Why did you call me?”

The man frowned in confusion, “Call you?”

Sabelle groaned, “Yes, you called me. Probably wished upon the comet or something. So, what do you want?”

“The comet brought you here?”

I’m going to bash his head into the wall! Humans are so frustrating. “Did you see a comet?”

“yes.”

“Did you say anything while watching the comet?”

“Yes.”

“So what did you wish for?”

“Um...not so sure?”

Okay, it’s certain, I’m bashing his head. “What did you say?”

“I...um….asked for a second chance? For revenge.” He saw her shocked expression, “Revenge for love.”

“Right.” And how in the Heavens did Eros think she could help him?

And now onto Claudz's sneaky peak of ONE of her many stories since she's writing a collection of stories instead of one:

Summary:

It's Christmas. Eight different people, four different stories:

Diara and Caiden, high school sweethearts who are miles apart, meet again in the crowded terminals of Heathrow Airport.

Sammi and Ethan, two complete strangers who fall in love over spilled coffee and mistletoe

Kenzie and Harry, old friends who finally admit their love for each other in Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland

Kaylie and Luke, a fangirl and a rock star trying to find love 

“Sh*t,” Sammi cussed as she knocked into someone, causing her to spill coffee all of him. She looked up and stared into a pair of beautiful hazel eyes. “I—I,” she stuttered, “I’m so sorry,” she finally got out. She looked down and saw his white sweater was splattered with coffee. It stuck to his body and Sammi could make out well defined abs.  God this man is gorgeous, like Apollo himself, she thought.

                “It’s fine, really,” the man said, dabbing at his sweater with some napkins, “I was planning on throwing this sweater out anyway.” He smiled at her and stuck his hand out, “I’m Ethan.”

                “Sammi,” she shook his hand. “And you were not planning on throwing that sweater out,” she informed him.

                “Why not?”

                “Because,” she reached behind him and pulled off the tag, “it’s new.” She stared at the price tag and then looked up in horror. Ethan snatched the tag out of her hand and threw it away. “Holy shit,” she whispered, “Eight hundred pounds? Who the hell do you think you are?”

                “I think my name is Ethan,” he remarked.

                “You have to let me make it up to you somehow,” Sammi said, “I can’t pay back eight hundred pounds, but…” she trailed off.

                “How about lunch?” he offered.

                “I can do lunch.” She nodded in agreement.

                “I’ll pay,” he said.

                “What?” Sammie cried, “Hell no. After I ruined your million dollar sweater, there’s no way I’m letting you pay for lunch.”

                “It was only eight hundred,” he retorted.

                Sammi scoffed, “Only eight hundred,” she muttered.

                “And I always pay for the first date,” he continued.

                “Oh, so now it’s a date?’

                “Of course it is. I can’t take a pretty lady, like you, out for lunch and not have it be a date.” He offered her his arm. “Shall we?”

                She took his arm and grunted, “Fine.”

Freaky Friday/Wattpad: The Last Dance

Prince John's biggest fear? Becoming King, and everything to do with it, from the sheltered life, to someday having to get married. Celia, a lady knight, minus the 'Lady' if she can help it, is not looking forward to coming of age and attending the High Ball which she thinks is nothing more than a market for single girls. The two have hated each other since childhood, but when the stress gets to John and he does something drastic, Celia's the only one who can help.

First, I know it's not Wednesday, but I really wanted to do a review (because I was procrastinating on HW) and I haven't finish a book from my latest haul yet so I couldn't post a book review. Also, it's Freaky Friday, I can do whatever~ XD

One of my favorite things about this story from the start was this instant vibe of hatred that John and Celia have for each other. You get hit with it almost instantly. John is basically the big bully who thinks Celia should just sit down a be a lady. Well the answer is:

He constantly makes fun of her for being too "manly." At one of the first flashbacks, he ridicules her of how she looks in a dress to the point of agitation where she accidentally steps and rips the hem of it. Now at this point, I hated the guy's guts, but as you continue to read, you find that his teasing helped Celia become more and more determined to prove him wrong. To be better than him. 

Celia has always hated John. He made her feel like she wasn't enough. One of my favorite scenes in this book was when he challenged her to a duel and she beat him fair and square. Of course, being the bastard that he is, he challenges her again, this time inviting the whole castle. This leaves her in two positions. One, she beats him like she can and shows the world that they have a prince who can't even fight a girl. Or two, she lets him win. Which one do you think she chooses? But her decision helped him realize that not everything revolved around him and that there was a world bigger than the castle.

John is then sent on a mission to a nearby county and gets the shock of his life: Being King is actually pretty hard. So, he runs and flees, the king gets upset, and Celia has to come to the rescue. She finds him in the forest and convinces him (which wasn't easy) to come back to the castle with her. On the way back, guess what happened? Yup, the guy screws up and manages to get himself caught up in a net:

The net happens to be set up by a band of refugees who take him captive and leaves Celia to fight a man at least 3x her size for his freedom. Men... But she does and second favorite scene: She wins! Then this whole big action scene.

3rd favorite scene, I had fighting scenes before so for a change, this one is romantic. Their first kiss! Celia's torn with the duty to bring him back and the knowledge that he doesn't want to go back. The couple of days they spent together have really allowed the "sparks to fly" and she doesn't want him to be unhappy. 

Then a bunch of events that are important but I'm not mentioning for the sake of spoilers and the Last Dance happens. 

So I leave you with that! This book is super interesting and I think it's a really cute read. If you're interested, click on the cover up above and take a look! You won't be disappointed!

Wattpad Wednesday: Late Night Phone Call

GUYS!! READ THE BOOK BEFORE THE REVIEW! That way you'll understand my pain better~

OMGEEEEEEEE! This book has got to be one of the BEST that I've ever read! It's a short story, goes by pretty quickly, but every second you're reading it, your heart is clenching in pain and your eyes are filling with tears. This book is flat out amazing, and whether you've got the time or not, you have to check it out! 

The book is full of just broken promises, wishes that can never be fulfilled, and pain. Pain runs so deep in throughout the entire book. Betrayal's another big one. I can't even think straight, my eyes are still wet from crying. I wished that the story had a more final conclusion because, who doesn't like a good ending right? But the author wanted it to be bittersweet, which is absolutely is! I think on top of all that bitter-sweetness is this feeling of a lingering hope that could never be fulfilled. It's just:

Okay, done with gifs. Let's so into some more serious reviewing. 

Characters are so wonderfully constructed and written, it just breaks my heart. You can literally feel the longing they have for each other as if it was this cloud around you. Through the whole story, you're just begging for them to get back together and make everything okay. At the same time, you feel their caution, especially her caution to let him back into her life after what he did. At the end, you feel his pain as if it was a knife stabbing through your heart with the knowledge that you really blew it and could never have her again.

The plot, can we just all cry really quickly about the plot? Again, beautifully written to the point of perfection. There are parts that have you bawling and others that will have you furiously annoyed. It's surprising how all of that emotion could be contained in only 5 pages, granted that Wattpad pages are slightly longer than a Word Document page. 

I'm gonna finish with this: This book definitely has to be made into a short film! It would be amazing!! After reading the book, who agrees with me??

Hey guys, here's my quick review on Hell No I'm Never Getting Married to You by Wattpad Author tauralicious. Okay, my first reaction was: That is one stubborn sounding title. I mean, there's the word Hell and there's a lot of exclamation points. What got me to read it other than the title was the beginning of the summary which I included above. 

Now the summary probably sounds like a cheesy love story and in some ways it is, but better. I love the sentence: Hate transforming into unconditional love. I mean, parents don't really arrange marriages for their kids anymore, and what could be worse when your kids hate each other and had a one night stand? But that hatred along with this "passion" they shared bough Andy and Austin closer and closer. Austin's not perfect, he has that long history of girls being the school's number one playboy. So it's not surprising that Andy's suspicious and quick to assume. 

One of the things I loved the most about the story was that just when you thought it was all going to be good, something happens. So a quick little note before you read it, definitely be ready for curve-balls cause they're going to come flying in your direction!!

I haven't done a Wattpad post in a really long time, so I thought I'd update y'all on what's going on in the Wattpad World. Okay, so this book was a big part in the inspiration of my own novel: Let's Play A Game due to the fact that they had to "pretend go out."

Anyway, this book was super cute and a really great read. Drake Swift was pretty much the dare-devil and he never lost a bet, until one day he loses unexpectedly to his best friend who told him ... it's pretty self explanatory in the summary right? Anyway, the characters were beautifully created. You see Drake as this big-shot guy and Sophia as this girl who is actually more than she seems. I’m probably just that type of girl that likes those cutesy romantic stories that have this heartbreaking cliffhanger and then the beautiful ending. But this book is exactly that which just gave it more points in my book.

Wattpad Wednesday: Ten Reasons Not to Die

Hey guys~ So it's my second Wattpad Wednesday post. This is a short story/novella (it's got chapters but it's short so whadda call it?) Anyway, it's super cute and I think a really good inspirational story. 

First of all, lemme just say that I love the cover. It used to be different the last time I looked at it (I finished this a while ago), but the new one seems to dramatic, the girl's falling and you can't see where she's going to end up. So props for the cover. (Random dramatic gif)

Second of all, the plot is super duper duper cute. 10 days for 10 reasons not to die. If he fails, then Remy (the girl) will die. OMG! Is it just me, or is this just really romantic and cute and AHH! *fangirl moment* The plot is absolutely adorable, I have no other words to describe it.

This story is kind of like the unseen girl gets noticed by the popular guy and he tries to save her/he is secretly in love with her. It's that type of plot, maybe it's new to you, but I've seen it a couple of times, but LoveRice made this extra special in my opinion. 

The ending, oh gods, can we just take a minute of silence to appreciate the beauty of the ending? It's in the POV of an unknown person and takes place in one of the most memorable events one can ever have in their lifetime. I just wish I could know who the unknown person is, but who cares? It's a beautiful ending, some might say it's cliched, but when I read it, I just felt super satisfied.

Definitely recommend the story, it's a light read and a very very very satisfying ending.
